Chronaxis builds planning software for the construction industry. This page explains what we collect on chronaxisapp.com and why. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

If you join the founders list, we store the email address you enter, the date you joined, the country your request came from (as reported by our hosting network) and the page that referred you, if any.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal data. The site uses no cookies of its own. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not track you across other sites.

How we use it

We use your email address only to tell you when Chronaxis launches and to honour the founders offer. We will not send marketing from third parties.

If you submit a review, we store your name, role, company, rating, review text and email address. We publish only the name, role, company, rating and text, and only after you agree to it. Your email is used only to confirm the review is genuine and is never shown. Ask us at any time to remove your review.

Where it is stored

The site and the list are hosted on Cloudflare's network. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

The desktop software

Chronaxis desktop software works on your own computer. Your programmes, contracts and correspondence are processed locally and are not uploaded to us.

To check that a licence is valid, the software sends our licence server the licence key, a device identifier and the app version. Nothing from your projects is included.

Purchases

Orders are handled by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which collects the payment and billing details needed to process your order, calculate tax and issue invoices, under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, plan and order status, never your full card details.

Your choices

To be removed from the list, or to ask what we hold about you, email hello@chronaxisapp.com and we will act on it promptly.
