We want every customer to buy with confidence. That is why every plan starts with a free 14-day trial with all features, so you can test Chronaxis on your own projects before paying.

First payment: 14-day money-back guarantee

If Chronaxis is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment on any plan (monthly, 6-month or yearly) and we will refund it in full. No forms and no lengthy questions.

Renewals

• Monthly plans: renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
• 6-month and yearly plans: if a renewal was charged by mistake, for example you forgot to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the renewal date for a full refund.

Technical problems

If a problem on our side stops you from using a feature included in your plan and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund the affected period.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@chronaxisapp.com from the address used at checkout, with your order number. Refunds are issued by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, the related licence is deactivated.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
